1. Who is responsible for processing?

2. What data, and why?

a) Site forms

The forms on this site (industrial pre-audit, investor contact, partnerships, press, careers, newsletter) open your own email client directly via a mailto: link. The information you choose to send (email address, message content) reaches us directly by email: it never passes through a server or database on this site. We only see the emails you voluntarily send us.

• Purpose: responding to your request.
• Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request / legitimate interest.
• Retention: as long as needed to process your request, then archived per applicable legal obligations.

b) Audience measurement (Google Analytics)

Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure site traffic (pages viewed, time on site, device type, approximate location). IP addresses are anonymized before any processing, and no directly identifying data (name, email) is sent to Google Analytics.

• Purpose: understanding site usage to improve it.
• Legal basis: your consent, collected via the cookie banner.
• Recipient: Google Ireland Limited, a Google LLC processor. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Retention: up to 14 months (Google Analytics default setting).

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data you send us against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
